Analysts are at the core of every deal team, building the financial models, marketing materials, and analyses that drive our sell-side processes. It is a high-responsibility role with direct exposure to senior bankers and business owners.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and returns analyses.
- Draft confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and pitch materials.
- Conduct industry, market, and buyer research to support live engagements.
- Manage data rooms and coordinate diligence with clients and buyers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of investment banking, transaction advisory, or related experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple workstreams.
